ETH sent to TomoBridge not received

I have sent 0.8 ETH to the deposit address shown in the Deposit section of the Portfolio. The address is 0x50820009644A21Dfd6Ef403A3a43AE7D3a21a903. The transaction can be found on etherscan here: https://etherscan.io//tx/0xfc861ea27796888ead8d83f221123320efbac670ce23cdc791a2fc330d80729d#eventlog

The ETH has still not been received after 325 confirmation and more than 1 hour. What can I do?

First and foremost, DO NOT SHARE YOUR PRIVATE MNEMONICS/ PRIVATE KEY WITH ANYONE OFFERING TO HELP. Do not make another MISTAKE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!

AS A MATTER OF FACT, I WOULD GO AHEAD AND MAKE ANOTHER WALLET BEFORE STARTING THE STEPS MENTIONED BELOW. MOVE ALL THE ETHEREUM/ TOKENS YOU HOLD IN YOUR 0x598E64Caf94bff71838cB4E21233abC619E0B3E3 ADDRESS TO A NEW ADDRESS. THEN WITH AN EMPTY WALLET, YOU CAN PROCEED BELOW.


Now, from what it sounds, you sent your Ethereum Network ETH to a Tomochain Network tmETH address. I may be mistaken but I think you skipped using Tomobridge. Not to worry though cause there was recently a post on this forum about how to potentially reclaim back your ETH.

Important: For step 3 tomochain is not listed as a coin/token so in this case simply choose ETH as the coin option, then enter the Tomochain Derivation Path which is m/44’/889’/0’/0.


PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR KEYS WITH ANYONE AND ONCE YOU GET YOUR COINS BACK I HIGHLY SUGGEST CREATING ANOTHER WALLET AND DEPOSITING FUNDS THERE.
