TOMOB to TOMO not receiving FUNDS

Hi all,
I was wondering if someone can help me. I have use the website to change my TOMOB TO TOMO, it has been already an hour and I did not get my Tomo in my address.


Does anyone know what happened to my TOMO and why it not get to my address?
