Some questions about TomoChain's TRC21 Token

Using Tomochain TRC21 Token, will pay fees with TRC21 Token itself
While using ETH ERC20 Token, ETH is required to pay fees
So, maybe ETH has no way to deal with it? For new developers to migrate to Tomochain?
