Some of my adding to the pool is missing from the view

Hi,

I have added tdao/tomo pair to the pool for the dualfarm two different times but when I check the account in the luaswap it’s only sjowing one of the transactions.
When I check from the main page of the luaswap clicking on my account it shows both of adding transactions. Would you please support me?
I have added the snapshot and the link to tomoscan for both transactions.
