Friday 19th November @ 09:51am GMT I sent a transaction of USDT from my tomo wallet app to my coin base address and it has not been received yet is showing as success on my tomo app, I have the transaction has and all info and double checked that the recipient address is correct.
Did I understand right; so you sent TRC21 USDT to Coinbase.com?

TRC21 USDT is wrapped USDT which is working on TomoChain blockchain. So you need to unwrap it before send it, but you didn’t.
You need to ask help from Coinbase.
