Is swap from TOMO to TOMOE no longer available?!?

I followed instructions here

How to swap your native TOMO on TomoChain to/from TOMOE (ERC20) on Ethereum - TomoChain Docs

But TOMO is not listed as an option. Is that web page obsolete or am I missing something else?
