How to add liquidity to TOMOE pools on Uniswap

The new version of TomoBridge v1.1.0 allows you to swap between native TOMO to TOMOE-ERC20 (contract address:0x05d3606d5c81eb9b7b18530995ec9b29da05faba) is now available on Uniswap Protocol, the largest Ethereum DEX, to enable access of our platform token to the wider blockchain ecosystem. Participants will share approximately 0.3% of the exchange fee from trades in TOMOE/ETH, TOMOE/USDT and TOMOE/USDC pools on Uniswap based on the size of their contribution. Below, we will guide you on how to add liquidity to TOMOE’s pools on Uniswap.

Starting pools:

To start providing liquidity on Uniswap, you must hold TOMOE (TOMO wrapped on Ethereum network) and the equivalent amount of ETH/USDC/USDT, along with some ETH to cover gas fees. Once you have these assets, go to the TOMOE/ETH, TOMOE/USDT or TOMOE/USDC pools on Uniswap and login with your Ethereum wallet.

Swap your TOMO on TomoChain to TOMOE on the Ethereum network by using TomoBridge. Follow our tutorial to swap back and forth between TOMO and TOMOE.

Step 1. Go to https://app.uniswap.org/#/pool

Connect Uniswap to your wallet via (Metamask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, etc)

Click on “Connect your wallet”

Step 2: Join a pool

Click on “Add Liquidity”

Step 3: Select a pool

Attention: TOMOE is not yet available in the tokens dropdown. Search for the TOMOE liquidity pool by pasting the smart contract address for TOMOE into the search bar, make sure to double-check the correct information.

*TOMOE smart contract address: 0x05d3606d5c81eb9b7b18530995ec9b29da05faba

Step 4: Add liquidity

Enter the amount of TOMOE you want to supply, Uniswap will automatically fill the ETH/USDC/USDT box with an equivalent amount, then click “Add Liquidity”

Step 5: Confirm supply

Make sure to double-check the correct information, Uniswap will show you the details of the transaction, including the amount of pool tokens you will receive. Click “Confirm Supply” once you’ve agreed with all of the details.

*Warning: Due to the potential of impermanent loss, you may receive a different distribution of tokens upon redemption than you initially added. That means the ratio of your TOMOE to ETH/USDC/USDT may change over time. You could end up with more TOMOE or ETH/USDC/USDT depending on which way people are trading. Please educate yourself on the risks of providing liquidity and the concept of impermanent loss before participating: https://uniswap.org/docs/v2/advanced-topics/understanding-returns/
