Hi , I have an Ellipal cold wallet and was told by Ellipal support that theyy support Tomochain and BEP20 as well as Etherium chain, unfortunately ive tried sending tokens via Tomochain theyv didnt arrive either, so I contacted another support worker at Ellipal who told me I have to send via theERC20 needless to say they haven’t arrived either, so I dont want to try another chain ,what should I do now,it’s getting ridiculous .Cheers Robert ,(disillusioned crypto lover).
